Make a Difference. Every Day.
Do you want to be challenged and develop within a specialist psychiatric operation where clinical competence and participation are high? We are looking for a security officer for safety, premises, and renovations for our staff and management function.
The adult psychiatry area in Kristianstad offers specialist psychiatric care in northeastern and southeastern Skåne and consists of approximately 380 employees. Despite the large geographical spread, our operations are characterized by proximity and short decision-making paths. Within the area, we work on development in areas such as OCD, self-harm, eating disorders, neuropsychiatry, addiction care, treatment, patient forums, psychosis care, reduced coercion in round-the-clock care, meaningful activities within round-the-clock care, and more. Furthermore, we have a well-functioning collaboration both internally and externally with municipalities and other care providers.
Region Skåne is responsible for important community functions that must operate under all circumstances, regardless of what events occur in society. Therefore, we work with risk and vulnerability management, which includes risk management, continuity management, planning work, and feedback after events. This also means that our operations need to have a high level of security. The security work includes fire safety, access protection, threats and violence, information security, IT security, operational security, financial security, transport safety, and external environmental safety.
In the ongoing work with crisis and continuity planning, the security officer role focuses on the operational level to assist and support daily operations. Areas such as physical security, infrastructure, technical aids, and routines for handling and action are crucial to ensure the security and safety of the operation. Contact and collaboration between our own operations, other administrations, and external resources contribute to a better situational picture and greater opportunities for information and experience sharing. In this, the security officer is expected to be proactive and work towards participation in networks.
At our workplace, we value a good organizational culture, and our daily life is permeated by Region Skåne's common values: welcoming, driving, caring, and respect. We are looking for a colleague with the will and desire to develop and optimize the operation together with us!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
